VAT Refund for Tourist Claim up to 6% at Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok

Terms & Conditions 

• VAT Refund is available for non-Thai residents (international tourists) staying in Thailand for less than 180 days in accordance with Thai Revenue Department regulations.
• Customers must purchase goods from participating VAT Refund stores displaying the “VAT Refund for Tourists” sign.
• A minimum purchase of THB 2,000 (VAT included) per store per day is required to request the PP10 form (VAT Refund Application Form) and original tax invoice at the time of purchase.
• Customers must complete and sign the PP10 form and ensure that all personal details match the passport information.
• Purchased goods must be taken out of Thailand within 60 days from the date of purchase.
• Before departure, customers are required to present the following documents to the Thai Customs Officer at the airport for inspection and stamp
  • Passport
  • Boarding pass / flight ticket
  • Original tax invoices
  • PP10 form
  • Purchased goods (items may be subject to physical inspection)
• After Customs validation, customers may proceed to the VAT Refund Counter (airport) to process the refund. Refund methods may include cash (Thai Baht), bank transfer, or credit card, subject to operator terms and service fees.
• Certain goods such as services, accommodation, food & beverage, gemstones, firearms, vehicles, fuel, and items prohibited by law are not eligible for VAT refund.
• Goods that have been used, consumed, or do not accompany the traveler upon departure may be rejected by Customs.
• Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok and participating stores act only as facilitators and shall not be responsible for refund rejection due to non-compliance with government regulations or incomplete documentation.
• VAT refund procedures, participating brands, and conditions are subject to change without prior notice in line with government policy.
• In case of dispute, the decision of Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok management shall be final.
